Your account
You must be of legal age to hold an account in your country, and one person may hold one account. Keep your password, PIN and verification codes private - anything done with them counts as done by you. Tell us at once if you suspect someone else has them.
Using our services
Transfers, deposits, withdrawals, savings plans and loans are all managed from your dashboard. Every outgoing move needs verification. Always check the details on screen before you confirm - confirmed transactions cannot always be reversed.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits made by card, bank transfer or a supported payment option are credited once they clear. Withdrawals can be requested anytime and are verified before release; timing depends on the payout method you choose.
Savings plans and loans
Fixed Deposits, recurring savings plans and loans each carry their own rates, terms, limits and conditions, shown in full before you apply or confirm. By confirming, you accept that plan's specific terms on top of these general ones.
Fees
Opening an account is free. Any charge on a transaction or plan is displayed before you confirm, so there are no surprises on your statement. Current fees are always visible in the relevant section before you act.
Fair use
Do not use the platform for fraud, money laundering, or anything illegal in your country. Do not probe, disrupt or misuse our systems. We may freeze or close accounts that break these terms, with or without notice where the law requires speed.
Our liability
We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access - maintenance, outages and third-party failures happen. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the issue.
