When you open an account or use our services, we collect your name, contact details and account information, plus records of your transactions, deposits, withdrawals and support requests. This is the minimum we need to run your account - nothing more.
How do we use it?
Your information is used to operate your account, process transfers, deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, prevent fraud, send security alerts, and meet legal record-keeping duties. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

How long do we keep it?
We keep your records only as long as your account is open, plus whatever period the law requires afterwards for financial records. When you close your account, we delete what the law lets us delete.

Our services are for adults of legal account-holding age. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we delete it immediately if we learn it was provided.
